The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran reports readiness for a new phase of attacks using more modern and long-range missiles.

The official representative of the IRGC, Ali Mohammad Naeini, noted that the Iranian armed forces are capable of conducting active combat operations for at least six months.

These statements were made in response to recent strikes that began on February 28 from the United States and Israel. Naeini emphasizes that Iran has successfully hit over 200 targets, including bases and infrastructure of the enemy. Approximately 60% of the attacks were aimed at American bases in the region, while 40% targeted Israeli objectives.

As Naeini points out, the current operations primarily utilized first and second-generation missiles. However, in the future, the IRGC plans to transition to more advanced and long-range missiles, which are used less frequently.

Naeini also indicated the miscalculations of the United States and Israel in their plans to attack Iran. He stated that their expectations were for a swift capitulation of Iran within 48 hours after the elimination of its leader, as well as assumptions that the war would last only three days and that an international coalition would be formed against Iran. However, according to him, these expectations turned out to be incorrect.
