The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, was one of the honored guests of the celebration, which brought special joy to the local residents. The opening of the events was marked by a theatrical performance symbolizing the merging of day and night. The ritual of "alas," performed by Umai Ene, and the blessing of Bakai Ata gave the celebration a deep spiritual meaning.
In his speech, the President emphasized the strategic importance of the Naryn region, located on the Great Silk Road. Sadyr Japarov noted that Naryn is a sacred land that has gifted the country outstanding individuals: heroes, sages, scholars, and statesmen who laid the foundations of Kyrgyzstan's independence.
An important moment of the celebration was the presence of a delegation from the Kyrgyz National University (KNU) named after Jusup Balasagyn, led by the rector, Professor Dogdurbek Chontoey. Representatives of one of the leading universities in the country witnessed the spiritual uplift and unity of the region's residents. It is also worth noting that students from Naryn State University (NSU), which became part of KNU by the President's decree, actively participated in organizing the cultural program.
During his visit, the rector of KNU met with the staff of Naryn State University, congratulating colleagues on the holiday and presenting honorary certificates and letters of gratitude to distinguished employees and students. Additionally, modern equipment was provided to the university for the educational process.
The meeting discussed scientific and innovative achievements and future plans. Special attention was given to the new prospects of the EPU center "Integrated Land Resource Management," which will become an important platform for the implementation of ecological and educational projects in the region.
