The award was presented by the chairman of the jury, Valery Gergiev, who is also the artistic director and general director of the Mariinsky Theatre and the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia. In his speech at the ceremony, Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized the importance of this event.



The jury's resolution emphasizes that on March 31, 2025, in Khujand, the presidents of three countries signed important documents — the Agreement on the Point of Intersection of State Borders and the Khujand Declaration of Eternal Friendship. These agreements made a significant contribution to ensuring security and strengthening mutual understanding.

At the event, it was highlighted that this award embodies a commitment to humanitarian values and recognizes the collective contribution to creating a stable and peaceful Central Asia. The participants of the ceremony noted that a new era in the relations between Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan has opened up thanks to the political will and the desire of the peoples of these countries for good neighborliness and mutual trust.
