- A nighttime shelling of Odesa resulted in one death, as well as damage to residential buildings and infrastructure.
- The shelling of Kramatorsk caused one death and injured four others.
- As a result of attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region on Sunday, three local residents were injured.
- According to Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, in Belgorod, which was subjected to missile fire on Saturday, about 80,000 people were left without heating, around three thousand without gas, and about a thousand without electricity. Authorities began organizing evacuations to other regions.
- A man suspected by Russian special services of attempting to assassinate the first deputy head of the GRU of the Ministry of Defense, Vladimir Alekseev, was detained in Dubai.
