- Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister, reported that President Putin's residence in Valdai was attacked by Ukrainian drones and promised retaliatory measures from Moscow. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denied these accusations, calling them "another lie from Russia."
