
In an official statement, the NSU emphasizes that this inflation rate is 1.2 percentage points lower than in January of last year.
The Central Bank of Mongolia intends to maintain inflation within 5% (with a possible deviation of ±2 percentage points) starting from 2027, which should contribute to financial and macroeconomic stability.
According to forecasts from international organizations, including the World Bank, the economy of Mongolia is expected to grow by 5.5%–5.7% in 2026.
