In her address to Congress, Pam Bondi, the U.S. Attorney General, confirmed that the Department of Justice has released all documents it was required to provide in the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein's case. This was reported by The New York Post.

In a letter addressed to the heads of the relevant committees, Bondi and her deputy Todd Blanche pointed out that all records, documents, and materials related to the investigation are publicly available. However, some information remains sealed, including data protected by law and related to attorney-client privilege, as well as information about victims.

The Department of Justice reported that approximately 6 million pages of documents were analyzed, of which more than 3.5 million have been made available to the public. The remaining portion is still unavailable due to ongoing legal proceedings and may be released later with court permission.

According to the publication, the released materials mention about 300 high-profile individuals, including Donald Trump, Barack and Michelle Obama, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Kim Kardashian, Beyoncé, Prince Harry, and others. The Department of Justice emphasized that mention in the documents does not imply involvement in illegal activities; some mentioned individuals may have simply corresponded with Epstein or his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, while others are referenced in contexts unrelated to the case.

The agency also clarified that none of the documents were hidden or edited due to potential reputational harm or political sensitivity. Bondi and Blanche noted that any gaps in the publication are solely due to the volume and speed of processing the materials.
