- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that during negotiations with U.S. representatives, Russia demands the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the Donetsk and Luhansk regions within two months.
- A military transport aircraft An-26 crashed while flying over Crimea, resulting in the deaths of six crew members and 23 passengers, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. Preliminary data suggests the aircraft collided with a rock.

- On Tuesday morning, Slavyansk was subjected to a Russian airstrike, damaging the train station and locomotive depot. Four railway workers were injured, and one woman is in serious condition.
- Russian military forces dropped two FAB-250 aerial bombs on Slavyansk on the night of March 31, reported the head of the Slavyansk city military administration, Vadim Lyakh. According to him, at least three people, including a 12-year-old girl, were injured.
