- Negotiations between Ukraine, Russia, and the United States regarding a ceasefire have been postponed for several days, as reported by U.S. President Donald Trump’s special envoy, Stephen Whitcoff. The next round of trilateral discussions is expected to take place "approximately next week," he stated on March 10.
- The Armed Forces of Ukraine launched missile strikes on the microelectronics plant "Kremniy El" in the Russian city of Bryansk, resulting in six deaths and over 30 injuries. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that Kyiv was behind the attack.
- As a result of an airstrike by Russian troops in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a 70-year-old woman was killed, and nine people were injured, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
- After a meeting with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico announced the resumption of oil transit through the Druzhba pipeline via Ukraine. He also noted the EU's readiness to assist in repairing the pipeline, according to information from Reuters.
- The National Assembly of Hungary adopted a resolution rejecting Ukraine's membership in the European Union and further funding for military assistance to Kyiv, as well as condemning "attempts to turn the EU into a military alliance."
- German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius organized the transfer of 30 additional Patriot surface-to-air missiles for Ukraine from partner countries, in addition to five PAC-3 missiles from Bundeswehr stocks, totaling 35 interceptors.
- The governor of Russia's Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that on the night of Monday, the cities of Novy Oskol and Korochya were attacked by drones from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but there were no casualties.
- Russian military forces attacked the central part of the city of Sloviansk in the Donetsk region with three guided aerial bombs, resulting in four deaths, according to the head of the city military administration, Vadim Lyakh.
- In the Kherson region, Russian troops shelled the village of Daryivka, resulting in injuries. The village of Antonovka was also attacked by drones, where a 74-year-old woman who was injured died in the hospital.
- The National Security Committee of Kazakhstan has launched an investigation into the case of fake temporary residence permits (RVP). This case could lead to the deportation of many Russians who arrived in the country due to the conflict, as reported by the "Word to Protection" project, citing human rights defenders assisting migrants. According to human rights defenders, among the witnesses in the case are "dozens of Russians of conscription age."
