The author of the recording claims that one of the drivers violated the rules by cutting off the other, as he had an obstruction on the right. "After a brief conversation, he caught up with us and started to threaten," said a resident of the capital.
According to the press service of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department, the incident occurred on the morning of January 14. An inquiry is currently underway to identify the individual who made the threats.
