According to the press service of the Patrol Police Department, on January 5, a report was received on the number "102" about the theft of a BYD car in the Sverdlovsk district.
During operational activities, law enforcement officers were able to locate the stolen vehicle. However, when they attempted to stop it, the driver, ignoring the demands, decided to flee, which led to a chase.
Despite the police's attempts to stop him, the young man continued to escape and soon ran to a canal, where he jumped into the water. Ultimately, he was apprehended.
Further investigation revealed that the theft was committed by a teenager. In this regard, necessary procedural actions are being carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
