In the video, a man can be seen threatening other road users by pulling out a gun. The Internal Affairs Department of the Leninsky District of Bishkek confirmed that the incident occurred at the final stop of route No. 100.
A citizen identified as N.I., born in 1990, was established and detained in connection with this incident. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, after which he was placed in temporary detention.
A pneumatic pistol was seized during the detention.
The police emphasize that any unlawful actions will entail responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and urge citizens to monitor the observance of public order.
