This event is aimed at educating and familiarizing people with the culture of the nations living in Russia, as well as assessing the level of ethnocultural literacy among the population.
Anyone can participate in the Dictation, regardless of age, education, social status, nationality, religious beliefs, and citizenship, including both Russians and residents of other countries.
The testing can be done either online (https://miretno.ru/start.html) or at Russian Houses in local areas.
The questions of the Dictation are presented in a test format and include 30 tasks.
The organization of the event is carried out by the Federal Nationalities Agency with the assistance of Rossotrudnichestvo and the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
