The Ministry of Internal Affairs security service is transitioning to an enhanced operational mode. These measures are aimed at protecting road users and preventing offenses related to freight transportation, reports the Ministry of Internal Affairs press service.

Service personnel provide support to drivers of both passenger and freight vehicles, especially in high-risk areas due to challenging weather conditions and the characteristics of the mountainous terrain.

One of the main tasks is to ensure the safety of cargo during transportation.

Constant monitoring is conducted on the Osh - Erkeshtam highway, aimed at preventing theft, property damage, and other offenses.

“In accordance with established contractual obligations, the unit has the right to provide armed security for state, municipal, and private facilities, as well as movable and immovable property,” the statement notes. “If a vehicle breaks down, the cargo is also placed under protection, which helps increase trust from freight carriers and provides additional protection for the property.”
