The book is dedicated to Kemel Tokayev, who became a well-known writer and public figure, as well as the founder of the detective genre in Kazakhstan. His work was focused on serving the Motherland.
In her speech, the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aida Balaeva, noted that the openness and friendly relations between the presidents of the two countries contribute not only to political and economic interaction but also to the development of cultural and humanitarian ties.
According to Balaeva, the release of such a significant book as "Word about the Father" in the Kyrgyz language is an important step that elevates the literary relations of the two states to a new level.
It should be noted that the book focuses on the fate of Kemel Tokayev, a front-line writer whose life was inextricably linked to the history of the Kazakh people, who endured the harsh trials of the 20th century. The work describes the tragic events of the war years, post-war revival, as well as reflections on human dignity and honesty.
