The presentation of a new book by Viktor Kozodoy titled "The Civilization of Siberian Kyrgyz" took place in Bishkek, as reported by the administration of the President of Kyrgyzstan.
State Secretary Marat Imankulov emphasized that this publication is not only a scientific work but also an important act of cultural revival, demonstrating respect for the heritage of the Kyrgyz people. He noted that Professor Kozodoy's work creates strong ties between Kyrgyz and Russian scientific traditions, emphasizing that true science unites nations.

“We observe how the efforts of an outstanding Russian scholar help us reclaim forgotten pages of history that reveal the roots of Kyrgyz statehood, spirituality, and uniqueness. This book is a tribute to our ancestors, whose legacy has shaped a civilization capable of transcending time and space,” said Imankulov.

In recognition of his contribution to the study of the history of the Kyrgyz people and the development of humanitarian ties between states, President Sadyr Japarov presented Viktor Kozodoy with a commemorative gift.
