The presentation of the book "The Civilization of Siberian Kyrgyz," written by Viktor Kozodoy, took place in Bishkek with the participation of the State Secretary of Kyrgyzstan, Marat Imankulov.

Imankulov delivered a welcoming speech on behalf of the country's president, Sadyr Japarov, and on his own behalf.

He emphasized the importance and symbolism of Kozodoy's work, noting that the book is not only a scientific study but also an act of cultural revival, expressing deep respect for the historical heritage of the Kyrgyz people.

“The merit of this outstanding scholar lies in the fact that he is bringing back from the distant past pages that reveal the origins of Kyrgyz statehood, spirituality, and uniqueness. This book is a tribute to the ancestors whose legacy has shaped a civilization capable of transcending space and time,” emphasized Marat Imankulov.

On behalf of the president, a commemorative gift was presented to the author in recognition of his contribution to the study of the history of the Kyrgyz people and the strengthening of humanitarian ties between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

The State Secretary noted that Professor Kozodoy's work serves as a solid bridge between the scientific schools of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, affirming that true science unites peoples, fostering cultural and spiritual dialogue.

In concluding his speech, Imankulov expressed hope that the book "The Civilization of Siberian Kyrgyz" will inspire a new generation to explore their roots and will contribute to the development of scientific cooperation and the strengthening of friendship between nations.
