Marat Imankulov, holding the position of State Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic, participated in the international festival "Peoples of Russia and the CIS," which is taking place in Moscow from October 31 to November 5, 2025.
The aim of this event is to promote the strengthening of spiritual values, the preservation of cultural heritage, and the traditions of multinational peoples.
During the plenary session, Imankulov emphasized that Kyrgyzstan views cultural and humanitarian cooperation as a crucial element in ensuring its national security, as well as spiritual unity and sustainable development.
He also noted that Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and other CIS countries are connected by deep historical and cultural ties, with the creativity of the outstanding writer Chingiz Aitmatov serving as a symbol of humanity's spiritual unity.
Additionally, Imankulov reported on the implementation of the program "Youth of Eurasia - Common Future" in Kyrgyzstan, aimed at the cultural and spiritual education of youth, as well as the project "Living History," which focuses on preserving historical memory.
