On average, 13.4 million cashless trips are made each month, which amounts to about 440,000 trips daily.
October turned out to be a record month with more than 15 million cashless trips.
Bekzhan Akmatbekov presented the statistics by year:
- 2022: 7 million cashless trips;
- 2023: 24 million cashless trips;
- 2024: 110 million cashless trips;
- 2025: 160 million cashless trips.
The "Tulpar" project started in 2020, but began operating in full capacity from August 2023.
On average, 1,027 buses operate on the routes every day.
For those who pay for their rides cashlessly, the fare is 17 soms, while for cash payments, it is 20 soms.
