The republic is monitoring school attendance and the overall learning process.
In connection with the start of the influenza epidemic season, it is recommended to:
- Avoid crowded places such as concerts and shopping centers, and reduce travel on public transport whenever possible.
- Wear medical masks that fit snugly to the face and cover the nose and mouth, changing them every 2–3 hours or when they become damp.
- Stay at home at the first signs of symptoms, and do not send children to school or kindergarten to prevent the spread of infection.
- Immediately consult a doctor for appropriate treatment based on the patient's condition and age.
- Practice respiratory hygiene: use disposable tissues when coughing or sneezing, or cover the mouth and nose with the elbow instead of the palm.
- Use hand sanitizers after being outdoors, traveling on public transport, and visiting crowded places.
- Regularly ventilate rooms — at least 3-4 times a day for 10–15 minutes.
- Maintain bed rest, as carrying influenza "on your feet" is dangerous due to the risk of complications.
- Isolate the infected person by providing them with a separate room, if possible.
- Provide separate dishes and towels for the sick person, which should be washed and disinfected separately.
The epidemiological situation remains stable, and monitoring continues.
