"The repairs took a long time, there were constant traffic jams, and now we can move around the city peacefully again." Residents note improvements in infrastructure: "The roads are really being built, and that’s encouraging," "Our transport system is getting better."
Some also mentioned changes in funding for kindergartens: "The increase in government funding has been the only positive news," shared one of the survey participants.
However, not everyone is enthusiastic about the opening of new factories: "Factories are opening, but this does not lead to sustainable economic growth, so I don’t attach much importance to it," said one of the residents.
The elections to the Jogorku Kenesh also did not go unnoticed: "The swearing-in ceremony for the deputies was quite formal. They showed up, but they could at least have glanced at the documents and read them properly," noted another respondent.
