Bakdoolot Shabdanbekov received a black belt 1st dan in aikido
According to reports, Bakdoolot started practicing aikido in 2020.
“During this time, he has shown outstanding determination and discipline, rarely missing classes and confidently moving towards his goal. His example demonstrates strength of spirit and inner resilience. Despite physical limitations, he has proven that perseverance and self-belief can overcome any obstacles,” the club's message emphasizes.
Bakdoolot's coach, Almaz Sydykov, who holds a 4th dan black belt, notes that his story is a vivid example of the philosophy of aikido: this art is accessible to everyone and focuses on achieving harmony between body and spirit.
“The 'Aikido Seisenkai' club is distinguished by its openness and inclusivity. Here, both children and women, as well as elderly people, practice aikido, which becomes a way for them to maintain activity and inner balance,” Sydykov said.
