A memorandum has been signed between the Ministry of Health and the Public Foundation "Social Stores - Eurasia KJ"

The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Public Foundation "Social Stores – Eurasia KJ" have entered into an agreement aimed at enhancing social support for healthcare workers.

The memorandum was signed by Aibek Turatalievich Matkerimov, Deputy Minister of Health, and Anton Arskiy, representing the foundation.

According to the document, medical workers, including doctors and nurses, will have the opportunity to obtain a special card to purchase essential goods at reduced prices in the "Eurasia" social stores.

The "Social Stores – Eurasia" project was created to assist various categories of citizens. Currently, there are five such stores operating in Bishkek, where residents can purchase basic food and goods at lower prices. Previously, access to these stores was granted to pensioners, people with disabilities, large families, as well as teachers and students. The signing of the memorandum with the Ministry of Health marks a new step in the development of this initiative and an increase in the number of its beneficiaries.

Anton Arskiy noted that the inclusion of medical workers in the program is due to their significant role in society.

"Healthcare workers perform an important mission by caring for people's health. We believe it is essential to support doctors and medical specialists," he emphasized.

The "Eurasia KJ" project is focused on social needs and is implemented in collaboration with government structures. The initiative aims to improve access to essential goods for those who are particularly in need and is carried out based on a memorandum between the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Eurasia" and the Kyrgyz Republic.

Currently, the following five social stores are operating in Bishkek:
