The draft also emphasizes that the Ministry of Health will have to comply with the directives of the new resolution, with implementation being carried out within the already approved budget of the ministry.
It is important to note that the resolution of August 23, 2025, defines the procedure for forming a special list of medicines and medical products that can be temporarily imported and used in the country without registration in exceptional situations, such as a shortage of vital drugs or the absence of registered analogs.
