At a meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh responsible for science, education, and innovation, deputy Bolot Saginayev presented a new initiative — the "Business Tunduk" application.

He emphasized that this application is intended for migrants who have returned to Kyrgyzstan and are facing difficulties in finding places to invest their funds.

“According to the latest data, about 70 thousand citizens have returned to Kyrgyzstan, of which approximately 30 thousand have their own funds. However, they face challenges in starting a business due to a long absence from the country and a lack of knowledge about current requirements and market specifics. As a result, many of them decide to leave the country again. Some choose to invest in real estate instead of starting a business,” the deputy noted.

According to Saginayev, "Business Tunduk" will contain information about various enterprises and industries in each district and region of the country. With the help of the application, users will be able to find out what documents are needed for business registration, as well as which government agencies to contact. When selecting a specific project, complete information will be available, along with the ability to submit documents online and make investments. In case of insufficient funds, it will be possible to apply for preferential co-financing from development funds.

Zamirbek Kozhomuratov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies, noted that the application will be useful not only for migrants but also for local residents living in the regions. He suggested jointly refining the project with the participation of the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Economy, and the High Technology Park.
