During the inspection, it was established that 3,472 officials did not submit a declaration for 2024 or did so with violations of deadlines and with inaccurate data.
“Based on Article 438 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, judicial proceedings were initiated regarding these facts, and the materials were sent to the judicial authorities. As a result, 2,882 individuals were fined a total of 13 million 674 thousand soms,” the press release states.
Proceedings against the remaining officials are still under judicial review.
