The new update of the taxi service includes a customer rating system
The "Yandex Go" service now offers taxi drivers in Kyrgyzstan the opportunity to rate their passengers.
This innovation is aimed at improving the quality of customer service.
Drivers will be able to rate characteristics such as punctuality, politeness, neatness, and the appropriateness of interaction during the order. The maximum rating is 5 points.
