The case materials indicate that on October 22, a video was published in one of the Telegram channels, in which she uses insults and profanity, expressing negative opinions about groups of people united by ethnic and linguistic characteristics, in particular, about Kyrgyz and Kazakhs.
It was previously reported that at the end of October, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan announced a search for Ekaterina Bivol due to a criminal case related to the publication of a video on social media containing insults directed at representatives of various nationalities. In turn, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan also began a preliminary investigation into this matter.
