From January 31, a significant event will take place in Bishkek — an International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to issues of sports medicine and rehabilitation.
The event is organized by the Kyrgyz Football Union in partnership with the rehabilitation center "Murek." The main goal of the conference is to implement modern methods in the field of sports medicine and physical rehabilitation, as well as to exchange experiences and strengthen connections among professionals working based on evidence-based medicine.
Among the speakers will be leading specialists from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, including experts in physical rehabilitation, neurology, physiotherapy, sports medicine, and therapeutic physical training. Conference participants will discuss current methods for the recovery of athletes and patients with various injuries and diseases.
This event will provide a unique platform for doctors, rehabilitation specialists, and professionals in the field of sports medicine, contributing to skill enhancement and the exchange of practical experience.
It is worth noting that the rehabilitation center "Murek" will become the first specialized institution in Kyrgyzstan in the field of sports medicine and rehabilitation. The official opening of the center is scheduled for 2026, and it will focus on comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with various diseases.
