According to Dosmambetov, this situation hinders progress in the field of medicine.
Managers, by not developing themselves, obstruct the career growth of young specialists. He emphasizes that to improve the system, it is necessary to conduct rotations and provide opportunities for new personnel; otherwise, healthcare reform will be impossible.
“These people have essentially stagnated. We must renew the staff. It is important to prepare young specialists and train them in modern methods and technologies,” he added.
