Medербек Kыдырмаев on construction restrictions in the capital
In Bishkek, ambitious plans for the construction of high-rise buildings are being discussed — developers intended to build houses up to 30 stories high. However, according to the current master plan, the permitted height is limited to 9-14 stories. This statement was made by the chief architect of the city, Medербек Kыдырmaev, on the "Kabar" program.
He noted: "We have been approached by both construction companies and investors. But according to the new master plan, the height of buildings is clearly regulated," he added.
