Olga Bryzgalova, representing the Ministry of Education, spoke about the launch of the "Zamanbap Mughalim" project, which aims to attract specialists from related fields to educational institutions.

It was previously announced that individuals with higher education in other areas, such as engineering and technology, are planned to be involved in educational institutions. Bryzgalova clarified that this is not just an invitation for engineers who want to teach computer science, but a process of training specialists that includes two-year courses in a dual format. This means that participants will study in a master's program on teaching methodology at MUCA while simultaneously applying their professional knowledge in practice.

She noted that the initiative is being implemented with the support of the public fund "Zamanbap Mughalim" since 2023.

Currently, 12 schools are participating in the pilot project taking place in the Chui region. The recruitment of new participants will continue until May. While in the first recruitment in 2023, only nine out of a thousand candidates were able to confirm their qualifications and start working in schools, the situation has improved over time. Currently, there are 46 new teachers working in the Chui region, who not only conduct lessons but also actively engage in additional activities with students. Future plans include expanding the project, especially in the Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions, as the number of applications increases.

It is also worth mentioning that Edil Baisalov previously expressed the possibility of replacing 15-20% of teachers with "people from the street," emphasizing that specialists from other professions without pedagogical education can conduct lessons. This statement has caused public resonance.
