First Deputy Mayor Mirlanbek Baigonchokov presented a report on housing and communal services. According to him, the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" fulfilled the municipal order in 2025 for an amount of 1.37 billion soms, which is 325.6 million soms more compared to 2024. The area covered by sanitation amounted to 11.1 million square meters. The number of subscribers for solid waste collection reached 1.04 million people, and revenues amounted to 913.9 million soms against a plan of 804.8 million, which is 113.6 percent of the planned amount.
As part of the greening program, 18,755 trees and shrubs were planted, over 1.58 million annual flowers, more than 8,000 rose bushes, and about 229,000 tulip bulbs were planted. The beds of the Ala-Too and Ala-Archa rivers were also cleaned, resulting in the removal of about 107,000 tons of garbage and sediment.
The municipal enterprise "Bishkeksvet" replaced 1,161 lamps, laid almost 280 kilometers of self-isolated wires, and installed 18,571 LED lights, as well as updated 1,329 lighting poles.
As part of the elevator modernization, contracts were signed for the supply and installation of 100 elevators, of which 36 have already been replaced.
