During the investigation, a forensic ballistic examination was initiated regarding the seized firearms.
According to the results of the examination, the seized rifles were identified as single-shot hunting rifles "TOZ-16" and "TOZ-8," classified as rifled firearms.
On February 2, a criminal case was initiated in this matter under Article 267 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal circulation of weapons and ammunition.
On February 16, the suspects, citizens M.M. and K.R., both born in 1988, were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
