In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated, as reported by the press service of the First May District Department of Internal Affairs on February 22.
According to police data, on February 16, information was received about a conflict between the 69-year-old teacher B.K. and a high school student M.K., born in 2010. An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
The teacher filed a complaint, accusing the teenager of assault, while the student sought medical assistance himself.
The fact has been registered under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The teenager has been brought to criminal responsibility, and the investigation is ongoing.
