According to the information, UAE authorities have sent instructions to hotels about the necessity of extending the stay for guests whose check-out time has expired, without charging additional fees under the current restrictions. If Kyrgyz citizens are being evicted, they should follow certain recommendations.
First of all, it is important to remain calm and politely remind them of the right to continue staying, referring to the instructions from the relevant UAE authorities. The consulate strongly emphasizes that hotels are obliged to extend the stay without payment during the restriction period.
Citizens are also advised not to leave the room voluntarily, not to remove personal belongings, and not to sign eviction documents unless alternative accommodation is offered and the reasons for eviction are clarified.
Additionally, it is recommended to request a meeting with the responsible staff member — the shift manager or hotel manager — and to document the request for an extension of stay in the hotel system.
If citizens are being pressured, they should demand the police be called (number 999). If the hotel administration continues to insist on eviction, it is necessary to call the police themselves or ask hotel staff to do so to document the situation.
The consulate also reminds that one should not pay for accommodation out of pocket, as such funds are usually non-refundable.
It is advisable to document everything that happens: take photos and videos, note the hotel name, staff details, and keep correspondence, notifications, and receipts.
Citizens should immediately report their situation to the embassy or consulate of Kyrgyzstan, providing the hotel name, address, room number, contact details, number of occupants including children and elderly people, as well as the demands from the hotel.
If eviction has already occurred, it is recommended to stay in the lobby or on the hotel premises until the police arrive or the situation is resolved with management, and to immediately contact the foreign institution.

Also, the guidelines provide a brief phrase in English for communicating with hotel staff, stating the status of "stranded guest" due to the current situation and the need for an extension of stay without payment.
