An agreement has been signed
A meeting took place recently between Almasbek Abyltov, the head of the Jogorku Kenesh Apparatus, and Christopher Blair, the head of the Human Dimension Department of the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek. This was reported by the press service of the parliament.
During this meeting, an agreement was signed regarding the transfer of equipment for the educational resource center that will be established at the Jogorku Kenesh.
Almasbek Abyltov expressed gratitude to the representatives of the OSCE Program Office in Bishkek for their technical support.
According to him, the new equipment will open up opportunities for conducting online seminars with international experts and organizing online meetings with local self-government bodies and residents of the regions. This, in turn, will promote dialogue and the exchange of experiences, as well as active citizen engagement in democratic processes.
Christopher Blair added that the educational resource center will serve as a foundation for systematically enhancing the professional skills of parliament staff and strengthening interaction with civil society.
