According to the Ministry of Construction, during the last raid, several facilities were identified where construction work is being carried out without the necessary registration in the established manner.
Among them:
- address at Zhukeeva-Pudovkina Street, 4;
- facilities on Gvardeyskaya Street, 13, 13a, 15;
- facilities on Gorky Street, 72, 72a, 42;
- building on Yunusaliev Street, 10.
“Developers were handed written warnings and given instructions on preparing urban planning documentation and registering facilities in the registry. We remind that before starting construction work, developers are required to obtain permits and register their facilities in the appropriate registry,” the Ministry of Construction reported.
