Minister of Construction Nurdana Oruntaev provided the head of government with information about the current status of the project.
“The project stands out for its rapid implementation. The main framework of the building was installed in just four working days, excluding the time spent on foundation work. This success was made possible by the use of 24 large precast concrete blocks produced at the factory, which significantly accelerated the construction process. The developed modular system takes into account seismic requirements and ensures high structural strength. Thanks to the applied technology, state facilities can be constructed quickly and efficiently,” the statement noted.

Construction is taking place on Bokonbaeva Street using industrial modular technology based on large precast concrete blocks.
“The total area of the new building will be 797.86 square meters. Construction work started on November 28, 2025, and the completion of the project and commissioning of the facility are scheduled for May 2026. Currently, internal finishing works are actively ongoing,” the Ministry of Construction added.
