On the bypass road located in the territory of the MTU "Prigorod," inspectors discovered construction and industrial waste, marking another instance of illegal waste disposal.
It became known that the offenders were identified thanks to the material evidence found, such as receipts and invoices left at the dump site.
According to the municipal inspection, the construction company OsOO "Jaz Stroy" is involved in the illegal waste disposal. Protocols have been drawn up against this organization under parts 1 and 2 of Article 115 of the Code of Offenses.
Additionally, the company was issued a directive to rectify the violation and clean the area of waste.
