According to the draft resolution, which has been posted for public discussion, the following conditions are proposed:
- Applicants who take 1st to 3rd place in the regional school Olympiad this year may be admitted without entrance exams to grant-funded places in specialties corresponding to the subject of the Olympiad. To do this, they must participate in the nationwide testing and achieve scores equal to or above the established threshold;
- In the case of tied scores, preference will be given to those who took 1st to 3rd place in regional competitions in the same year. A list of such competitions will be compiled by the Ministry of Education;
- Prize-winners of international, national, and regional Olympiads (1st to 3rd place this year) may be admitted without entrance exams to contract-based places, provided they receive positive grades. This also applies to applicants who have become prize-winners of regional competitions, provided they participate in the ORT and score no lower than the threshold. The list of regional competitions will be determined by the Ministry of Education.
