Gulnura was born on August 8, 1988, in the village of Zhenish. After graduating from school in 2006, she entered the Karakol Pedagogical College, and in 2009, she began working as a primary school teacher at the Ibrai Sooronbaev School. In 2007, she married Kenjebek Imankulov, who is also from the village of An-Oston. The couple has five children: three daughters and two sons.
“We strive to raise our children to be decent people. In our village, we engage in agriculture and, together with my husband, develop a small business in cattle breeding. We milk cows and produce dairy products such as sour cream, ghee, ayran, cottage cheese, and kurut, trying to provide our family with natural and environmentally friendly products,” Gulnura shared.
In her free time, Gulnura creates visual aids for her students and brings them to school, trying to make learning more engaging.
“I want to teach children the value of hard work. In today's world, many of them are absorbed in their phones. If they receive a good education and learn to work, it will only benefit them,” she added.
Additionally, Gulnura is fond of patchwork sewing, creating beautiful runners, and she also takes care of flowers. After completing her household duties, she prepares for her lessons to teach her students something new the next day.
She actively participates in village life and does not remain aloof from its problems, taking part in cultural and community events.
“When fellow villagers call me an ‘activist,’ it gives me the strength to work even harder and help people,” Gulnura Namazalieva shared.
