On the same day, the serviceman was sent to the medical unit's isolation ward for necessary examinations. Test results confirmed the presence of tuberculosis.
On March 16, 2026, Private K.B.B. was transferred to the National Center for Phthisiatry under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic for inpatient treatment.
Currently, the medical service of the GSIN has initiated an epidemiological investigation and organized examinations of other servicemen serving in the department.
