According to the theater, the festival includes performances by state, private, and amateur theaters striving for the development of theatrical art and cultural exchange.

On March 27, as part of the festival, the theater presented its season premiere — the tragicomic play "Takteke," based on the work of the famous Kyrgyz folk poet Kiyalbek Urmanbetov. The director of the performance was Ainura Kachkynbek kyzy, the artist was Mariam Ablakova, and the choreographer was the honored cultural worker of the Kyrgyz Republic Sergey Streltzov, along with mask teacher Ivan Dergachev from Moscow.
As noted in the annotation to the production, "Takteke" is a philosophical and at the same time picturesque story about a person who has lost connection with nature and found himself on the brink between strength and weakness, pride and repentance, destruction and return to the endless cycle of life. The performance harmoniously intertwines elements of the ancient epic about Kozhozhash, the legend of "Karagul Botom," and modern realities. This work combines depth and humor, as well as archaic and modern aspects.
The performance "Takteke" has won the hearts of audiences in Bishkek, and now the Turkish audience also had the opportunity to appreciate this work.
