The football club "Asia," which is participating in the Kyrgyzstan Premier League for the first time, has expressed interest in appointing Maxim Shatskikh as head coach. According to various sources, the club is already in active negotiations with the 47-year-old specialist.
Recently, Shatskikh completed his work at the Uzbek club "Andijan." Previously, he also coached "Pakhtakor," and as a player, he achieved significant success, becoming the top scorer in the history of the Ukrainian championship with 124 goals and spending ten seasons at Kyiv's "Dynamo."
Bringing in such an experienced coach as Shatskikh could significantly strengthen the club's position in its first season in the elite division. Negotiations are ongoing.
It is worth noting that the establishment of the "Asia" club was made possible thanks to the support of Omurbek Babanov, as reported by the media.
