Alexander Isak, forward of the "Liverpool" club, decided to invest around £30,000 in a protective Doberman after receiving death threats. According to reports from British media, this measure was taken amid the pressure that arose following his record transfer from "Newcastle" for £130 million.

After unsuccessful matches in the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, Isak faced criticism and aggression online, including threats directed at the entire Swedish national team. In response, he turned to Phoenix Dogs for a highly trained protective dog.

Isak has become one of several Premier League players who have enhanced their security in light of recent burglaries of athletes' homes. Similar measures have previously been taken by players such as Marcus Rashford, Kyle Walker, and Jack Grealish.

Nevertheless, Isak expressed joy about his time at "Liverpool" and believes that the story of his transfer is now completely over.
