Elmurza Satybaldiev also noted that Kokcholokov previously held the position of chairman of the refereeing committee of the Federation. He officiated the semi-final of the Asian Volleyball Championship in the central zone, which was a significant achievement, as Kyrgyz referees had not participated in tournaments of such a level before.
Now the head of the refereeing committee is Urmat Sydykbekov, who received the title of international volleyball referee in October.
