
At the World Boxing Championship currently taking place in Dubai, Kyrgyzstani boxer Omar Livaza has reached the final. This information was confirmed by the Boxing Federation of Kyrgyzstan.
In the semifinals, Livaza, competing in the weight category up to 63.5 kilograms, won against Emmanuel Katema from Zambia, who was ranked first in the tournament.
Earlier in the tournament, Omar defeated boxers from Uzbekistan, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
The final match for the gold medal is scheduled for December 13.
