The Cycling Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic has confirmed the participation of the national team in the upcoming Asian Championship. This year, Kyrgyzstan will be represented by the largest delegation in the history of its participation in continental tournaments — the team consists of 16 athletes.

Kyrgyz cyclists will compete in various categories: junior, under-23, elite, and masters, as well as for the first time in para-cycling.

In the men's junior competitions, Kyrgyzstan will be represented by Kirill Safronov (individual and team races), Shakhrukh Matkarimov, Ulumbek Sakitaev, and Artur Tyutyunnik (team race). The women's junior team will include Sofia Babunova and Angelina Blindul, who are also registered for the individual and team races.

In the under-23 category, Muhammad Ali Matkarimov will compete for Kyrgyzstan, who will also participate in the individual and team races, while Artem Shapilov will represent the country in the elite category.

As part of the masters competitions, five athletes will participate: Alexander Dyadichkin and Evgeny Russo (35–39 years), Vladimir Lasenko (40–44 years), Vadim Kozlov (51–55 years), and Igor Filin (60+). All of them will compete in individual and team races.

Kyrgyzstan's debut in para-cycling will see athletes competing in category B (tandem) for visually impaired athletes according to UCI rules. Two pairs will compete in this category: Jalalidin Abduvaliev - Alexander Dyadichkin and Zhyrgalbek uulu Zhyldyzbek - Kirill Safronov. Additionally, in wheelchair para-cycling, Askar Turdugulov will represent the country (category H1).

The Asian Championship in Saudi Arabia will be a significant milestone for Kyrgyz cyclists, opening opportunities for achieving high results and earning ranking points, which will help strengthen the country's position on the international stage.
