In their first match, the team suffered a defeat against the Iraqi national team with a score of 2:4, and then lost to the tournament hosts, finishing the match with a score of 3:5, which deprived them of the chance to advance to the next stage.
However, in their final match, the Kyrgyzstan national team managed to secure a victory over Korea, playing at their level and winning with a score of 3:2.
As a result of their performances in the tournament, the Kyrgyz team finished in third place in their group and concluded their participation in the competition. The national teams of Indonesia and Iraq advanced to the playoffs.
